Terms and Conditions for USA LemFi "New Senders" Campaign

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern participation in the USA LemFi “New Senders” Campaign (“Campaign”), and these Terms apply to all Participants. The Campaign is organized by Pomelo Technology US Inc. ("LemFi"), a Delaware corporation, and Pomelo Two US LLC, a Delaware limited liability company. Participation in this Campaign constitutes acceptance of these Terms. The Campaign is offered solely by LemFi and is not affiliated with or serviced by Community Federal Savings Bank.

Definitions:

Campaign: “New Senders” Campaign

Campaign Period: December 6, 2025, and ends on December 31, 2025, at 11:59 PM EST.

Participant(s): Individuals who have successfully opened a LemFi account but have not yet made any transfers on the LemFi mobile application prior to the Campaign Period.

Qualified Transaction: First international money transfer from the US to Nigeria successfully completed during the Campaign Period.

Reward: An exchange rate boost of an extra 15 Nigerian naira (“naira(s)”, “₦”) per 1 U.S. Dollar (“USD”) on the Participant’s Qualified Transaction.

1. Eligibility

• This Campaign is open to Participants who are 18 years of age or older.
• Participants must reside in the fifty (50) states of the United States or Washington D.C., have a fully verified and active LemFi account and comply with all LemFi’s standard terms of service.
• Participants must complete a Qualified Transaction during the Campaign Period to qualify for the Reward.
• This Campaign is only open to targeted LemFi users who receive official Campaign communication.
• The following individuals are not eligible to participate:
  • Employees, contractors, and affiliates of LemFi.
  • LemFi brand ambassadors, influencers, and any individuals running paid promotional campaigns on behalf of LemFi.

2. Reward:

Participants will receive an exchange rate boost of extra 15 Nigerian naira (“naira(s)”, “₦”)per 1 U.S. Dollar (“USD”), sent from the US to Nigeria on their Qualified Transaction during the Campaign Period.

3. Reward Conditions

• Participant must successfully complete a Qualified Transaction during the Campaign Period
• Participants will receive an exchange rate boost of extra 15 Nigerian naira (“naira(s)”, “₦”) per 1 U.S. Dollar (“USD”) sent from the US to Nigeria on their first transaction after successfully opening their LemFi account.
• The extra ₦15 exchange rate boost for each $1 USD sent will be added to the total amount received by the recipient in Nigeria.

4. Restrictions

• This Campaign is only applicable to the Qualified Transaction completed during the Campaign Period.
• Rewards are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and have no cash value.
• LemFi at its sole discretion may modify, suspend, or terminate the offer at any time, with or without prior notice.

5. Disqualification Criteria

LemFi reserves the right to disqualify Participants for the following reasons:

• If the Participant cancels or reverses their Qualified Transaction, the Reward will be voided.
• If the Participant creates fraudulent accounts or engages in fraudulent activity.
• If the Participant manipulates transactions to obtain the Reward unfairly.

6. Other Terms

LemFi reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate the Campaign or these Terms at any time without prior notice. Resolution of all questions or disputes regarding eligibility for the Campaign, earnings of Reward, or your compliance with the Terms and Conditions of this Campaign shall be subject to LemFi’s reasonable interpretation.

If a Participant attempts to use or benefit from the Campaign in breach of the Campaign’s Terms & Conditions, the LemFi’s User Agreement or in violation of any applicable law, statute or regulation, LemFi reserves the right to suspend or terminate the Participant’s account under the LemFi’s User Agreement or void the Rewards of either party.

7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of New York. All disputes shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in New York, NY.
