1. Campaign Period

The campaign runs from February 25th, 2025, to 7th March, 2025.

2. Eligibility

This campaign is open to:

• All LemFi users aged 18 years and above residing in the United kingdom.
• Users with a verified LemFi account who comply with LemFi’s Standard Terms of Service.
• A user who completes a single successful transfer of £100 or more to Kenya between February 25th, 2025, and 7th March, 2025.

Not eligible to participate:

• LemFi employees, their immediate family members, affiliates, influencers, partners, and anyone professionally associated with this campaign.

3. How to Participate

To qualify:

• Send Money: Make a single successful transfer of £100 or more to Kenya between February 25th, 2025, and 7th March, 2025.

4. Reward Details

• Qualifying users will receive £5 credited to their LemFi account after completing a money transfer to Kenya of £100 or more in a single transaction during the promotion period.
• Rewards will be credited by March 7, 2025.

5. Disqualification Criteria

Participants may be disqualified if they:

• Fail to send the required £100 or more to Kenya.
• Violate LemFi’s Terms of Service or engage in fraudulent activities.
• Are found ineligible for any other reason at LemFi’s sole discretion.

6. Privacy & Consent

• Personal data collected during this campaign will be used solely for campaign administration.
• LemFi will not share user data with third parties without consent.

7. General Terms

• LemFi reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the campaign at any time without prior notice.
• LemFi is not responsible for technical issues, internet outages, or any other circumstances that may affect participation.
• By participating, entrants agree to indemnify LemFi against any claims related to their participation.
