Bring a Friend, Win a Trip
TERMS AND CONDITIONS1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions apply to the “Bring a Friend, Win a Trip” referral contest organized by LemFi. The contest is run by the following entities depending on your country of residence:

- 🇨🇦 Pomelo Technology Canada Ltd., 786 King St. W, Toronto, Ontario, M5V 1N6, Canada
- 🇪🇺 POMELO REMITS EUROPE LTD, regulated in Ireland
- 🇬🇧 RightCard Payment Services Limited, The Old Library, St Faiths Street, Maidstone Kent, ME14 1LH
By entering, participants fully and unconditionally accept these Terms.
2. Contest Description
Refer your friends to LemFi and get a chance to win a trip to Cameroon. Each week, one participant with the highest number of valid referrals will win a prize of:
- €1,000 (EU)
- $1,000 USD (US)
- $1,000 CAD (Canada)
- £1,000 (UK)
Prize is meant to fund a personal trip to Cameroon (flights, accommodation, etc.).
3. Participation Period
The contest runs for 8 weeks:
Start: June 12, 2025 – End: August 7, 2025
4. How to Participate
To enter:
- Share your referral link with friends
- Friends must sign up and complete KYC
- The user with the most successful referrals each week (i.e., verified accounts created through their link) wins
5. Participation Requirements
- 18+ years old
- To be Cameroonian
- Reside in the eligible countries (EU, UK, Canada, US)
- Have a verified LemFi account
- Complete all participation steps
- One LemFi account per participant
6. Exclusions
Not eligible:
- LemFi employees or contractors
- Paid influencers for this campaign
- Participants using multiple or fake accounts
7. Disqualification
Participants may be disqualified in the following cases:
- Self-referrals: Creating multiple accounts to benefit from the campaign
- Cancellation or reversal of transactions after participation
- Any fraudulent activity, including but not limited to:
- Creating fake accounts
- Sharing referral codes through spam or unauthorized channels
- Manipulating transactions to bypass the rules
- Fraud or manipulation
- Failure to comply with the campaign rules
- Inappropriate content
LemFi reserves the right to disqualify any suspicious activity at its sole discretion.
8. Disclaimer
LemFi shall not be held responsible for:
- Technical issues
- Incomplete or inaccurate data
- Malfunctions on Instagram or other platforms
9. Personal Data
The data collected will be used solely for managing the contest and will be deleted within 30 days after the winners are announced.
Personal data will never be shared with third parties without explicit consent.
10. Governing Law
The contest is subject to the laws of the participant’s country of residence.
Any disputes will be handled by the competent courts in that country.
11. General Terms
- LemFi may modify, suspend, or cancel the contest at any time without prior notice.
- LemFi is not responsible for technical issues, network failures, or service interruptions.
- By participating, you agree to release LemFi from any liability in the event of a dispute.
- No substitution or transfer of the prize is permitted, except at LemFi’s sole discretion.
12. Winner Notification
Winners will be contacted each week via email, WhatsApp, or in-app notification.
They may receive their travel reward via LemFi wallet, bank transfer, or send it to a loved one using the LemFi app.
Additional information (such as LemFi ID, contact details, etc.) may be required to validate the reward.
