Effective Date: May 2026
1.1 These Terms and Conditions (the "Campaign Terms") govern participation in the LemFi Australia Launch Referral Program (the "Campaign") operated by LemFi ("we", "us", or "our"). By participating in the Campaign, participants agree to be bound by these Campaign Terms.
1.2 The Campaign invites existing LemFi customers registered in Australia, Canada, Europe, the United Kingdom, and the United States to refer new users in Australia to the LemFi platform, in exchange for a referral bonus credited to their LemFi account, subject to these Campaign Terms.
1.3 These Campaign Terms are in addition to, and do not replace, LemFi's General Terms and Conditions of Service and Privacy Policy, which continue to apply to all participants.
1.4 LemFi reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate this Campaign at any time without prior notice. In the event of any conflict between these Campaign Terms and any other LemFi promotional terms, these Campaign Terms shall take precedence for Campaign participants.
2.1 The Campaign is open to existing LemFi customers only. To be eligible to participate as a referrer, a customer must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of referral:
(a) The customer must hold an active LemFi account registered in Australia, Canada, Europe, the United Kingdom, or the United States;
(b) The customer's account must be in good standing with no history of fraudulent activity, policy violations, or pending investigations; and
(c) The customer must not be an employee, contractor, or close family member of an employee of LemFi or any of its affiliates.
2.2 To be eligible as an invitee (the referred new user), a person must:
(a) Be a new LemFi user who has not previously registered an account on the LemFi platform;
(b) Sign up using the referrer's unique referral code or link;
(c) Successfully verify their account; and
(d) Complete a qualifying transfer as described in clause 4 below.
2.3 Participants must be at least 18 years of age, or the age of majority in their jurisdiction, whichever is higher.
2.4 A referrer may earn multiple referral bonuses by referring multiple eligible new users. Each new user may only be referred once and may only use one referral code during sign-up.
2.5 LemFi may use internal systems to identify eligible customers. Receipt of a campaign invitation or promotional communication does not guarantee eligibility. LemFi reserves the right to verify eligibility at any time.
3.1 The referral process operates as follows:
(a) The eligible referrer shares their unique referral code or link from the LemFi app with a prospective new user in Australia;
(b) The invitee downloads the LemFi app and creates a new account using the referrer's unique referral code or link during sign-up;
(c) The invitee completes identity verification as required by LemFi;
(d) The invitee completes a qualifying transfer as set out in clause 4; and
(e) Upon successful completion of all required steps, both the referrer and the invitee receive their respective referral bonuses, credited to their LemFi accounts.
3.2 Referrers can track the status of their referrals by navigating to the Referral section in the top-right corner of the LemFi app homepage and selecting "Track Your Invites". This section displays referred users and their status:
(a) "Invited" — the invitee has signed up but has not yet completed a qualifying transfer; and
(b) "Completed" — the invitee has completed a qualifying transfer and both parties qualify for the referral bonus.
4.1 To trigger the referral bonus for both the referrer and the invitee, the invitee must complete a single cross-border transfer of at least the minimum amount specified below, to a LemFi-supported country, using available payment methods:

4.2 The qualifying transfer must be completed in a single transaction. Split transactions or multiple smaller transfers will not qualify.
4.3 Bonuses are only paid after a successful, completed qualifying transfer. Pending, failed, reversed, or cancelled transfers do not qualify.
4.4 The minimum transfer amount and bonus values may vary by country and promotion. LemFi reserves the right to adjust bonus amounts and minimum transfer thresholds at any time with reasonable notice where practicable.
4.5 All referral bonuses are credited exclusively to the participant's LemFi account. Bonuses are non-transferable, non-redeemable for cash outside the LemFi platform, and non-exchangeable for any other form of payment.
4.6 Participants are solely responsible for any applicable taxes associated with receipt of referral bonuses.
5.1 To be a qualifying transfer, the transfer must be sent to a country supported by LemFi at the time of transfer. Supported destination countries are listed in the LemFi app and may be updated from time to time.
5.2 For users registered in Europe, qualifying transfers must be sent to countries in Africa or Asia. For users registered in Australia, Canada, the United Kingdom, or the United States, qualifying transfers may be sent to supported countries in Africa, Asia, Europe, or South America, as applicable and subject to LemFi's supported corridors at the time of transfer.
6.1 Any attempt to manipulate the referral program — including but not limited to creating multiple LemFi accounts, using fictitious or third-party identities, self-referring, colluding with others to generate artificial referrals, or any other form of fraudulent activity — constitutes a material breach of these Campaign Terms.
6.2 Where LemFi identifies or reasonably suspects fraudulent or abusive activity in connection with a referral, LemFi reserves the right to:
(a) Void the relevant referral and any associated bonus;
(b) Recover any bonus already credited to the participant's LemFi account;
(c) Suspend or permanently close the participant's LemFi account; and
(d) Take such further action as may be appropriate, including referral to relevant authorities.
6.3 LemFi's determination of fraudulent or abusive activity is final.
7.1 All personal data collected in connection with the Campaign — including name, email address, LemFi account data, and referral activity — will be processed in accordance with LemFi's Privacy Policy, available at lemfi.com.
7.2 By participating in the Campaign, participants consent to LemFi processing their personal data for the purposes of administering the referral program, verifying referral activity, and crediting bonuses.
7.3 LemFi will not sell or share participant personal data with unaffiliated third parties except as required by law or as described in LemFi's Privacy Policy.
7.4 For participants located in the European Union, LemFi processes personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR). Participants have the right to access, rectify, erase, or restrict processing of their personal data, and to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. To exercise these rights, please contact LemFi at support@lemfi.com.
8.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, LemFi's maximum aggregate liability to a participant in connection with the Campaign shall be limited to the value of the referral bonus credited or payable to that participant.
8.2 LemFi shall not be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages arising from or in connection with the Campaign, including but not limited to loss of revenue, loss of data, or damage to reputation.
8.3 LemFi is not responsible for any failure to process a referral due to technical issues, internet connectivity problems, or errors on the part of the participant.
9.1 LemFi reserves the right to amend these Campaign Terms, including bonus amounts, minimum transfer thresholds, eligible markets, and supported destination countries, at any time. Where material changes are made, LemFi will use reasonable efforts to provide prior notice to participants.
9.2 Referrals completed and bonuses approved before the effective date of any amendment will be honoured under the terms in force at the time of completion.
9.3 LemFi reserves the right to suspend or terminate the Campaign at any time, with or without notice, including where LemFi determines that the Campaign is being abused or is no longer commercially viable. Upon termination, no further referrals will be eligible for bonus payment.
10.1 These Campaign Terms constitute the entire agreement between LemFi and the participant in respect of the Campaign and supersede any prior representations or communications relating to the Campaign.
10.2 If any provision of these Campaign Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
10.3 LemFi's failure to enforce any provision of these Campaign Terms shall not constitute a waiver of LemFi's right to enforce that provision in the future.
10.4 These Campaign Terms do not create any partnership, employment, agency, or joint venture relationship between LemFi and the participant.

Australia
11.1 For participants registered in Australia, these Campaign Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
11.2 The courts of New South Wales shall have non-exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with these Campaign Terms, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights afforded to participants under Australian Consumer Law.
United Kingdom
11.3 For participants registered in the United Kingdom, these Campaign Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
11.4 The courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with these Campaign Terms.
European Union
11.5 For participants registered in the European Union, these Campaign Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Ireland.
11.6 The courts of the Republic of Ireland shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with these Campaign Terms, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights afforded to participants under the laws of their country of residence within the European Union.
Canada
11.7 For participants registered in Canada, these Campaign Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
11.8 The courts of the Province of Ontario shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with these Campaign Terms.
United States
11.9 For participants registered in the United States, these Campaign Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
11.10 Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Campaign Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Delaware. Nothing in this clause limits any mandatory rights participants may have under the consumer protection laws of their state of residence.
