Terms and Conditions for LemFi’s USA 0.5% Reward Points Campaign

1. Introduction

These terms and conditions apply to all Participants involved in LemFi's "Earn Rewards on Transfers Campaign” (Campaign). Participation in this Campaign is subject to these Terms and Conditions.

2. Definitions

• Qualified Transaction: A single transfer of at least USD $50 to Ghana in one transaction.
• Campaign: "Earn Rewards on Transfers" Campaign.
• Reward(s): 0.5% equivalent in points into your LemFi account that you can then use for future transfers. The points do not expire. On future transfers, you can choose to apply your earned points for a cash discount. For example, if you have 100 points, you will see its equivalent of $1 which you can choose to apply on a transfer of $100, which means you will only pay $99 for your recipient to receive the equivalent of $100 in the recipient’s currency.
• Campaign Period: 22nd of December 2025 to the 31st of December 2025.
• Participant(s): Individuals with an active LemFi account, legal residence in the United States, and who make qualifying transfers of minimum $50 to Ghana during the Campaign Period.

3. Eligibility

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Reside in the United States.
• Have a valid LemFi account.
• Make at least one Qualified Transaction to Ghana during the Campaign Period.

4. Rewards

• 0.5% equivalent of points into your LemFi account that you can then use for future transfer.

5. Reward Conditions

• Points credited within 24 hours (Monday–Thursday) or next business day (for Friday–Sunday transactions).
• Points can be used for future transfers.

6. Restrictions

• Fraudulent accounts or transactions are not eligible.
• LemFi employees, influencers, contractors, and partners are excluded.
• LemFi reserves the right to suspend, terminate, or amend the Campaign at its sole discretion.

7. Other Terms and Conditions

7.1. We reserve the right to amend or terminate the Campaign at any time without notice. Resolution of all questions or disputes regarding eligibility for the Campaign, earnings of Rewards, or your compliance with the terms and conditions of this Campaign Terms & Conditions shall be subject to our reasonable interpretation.

7.2. If a Participant attempts to use the Campaign in breach of the Campaign’s Terms & Conditions, the User Agreement, or in violation of any law, statute, or governmental regulation, we will have the right to suspend or terminate the account under the User Agreement or void the Rewards of either party.

8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York. All disputes shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in New York, NY.
