1. Campaign Period:

• The campaign begins on June 1st, 2025, and ends on June 30th, 2025, at 11:59 PM EST.

2. Eligibility criteria:

• You must have an existing active LemFi account
• You must receive marketing communication directly from LemFi as part of this campaign
• You must be based in Canada
• Send at least C$800 CAD internationally from using LemFi in the Month of June
• Be one of the 100 randomly selected winners

3. How to Participate:

To win 500 Points, a Lemfi existing user must:

• Ensure that they meet the Eligibility Criteria
• Be one of the 100 randomly selected winners
• Receive the emails and push notifications from this campaign

4. How Do the Rewards Work

• Participants stand a chance to win one of the following: 500 reward points
• To win 500 Points, an eligible user must successfully meet the eligibility Criteria
• Winners will be notified within 15 days after the campaign ends
• The 500 Points will appear in their LemFi accounts
• 100 winners will be selected to win 500 rewards Points

5. Disqualification Criteria:

Participants may be disqualified for the following reasons:

• If a user cancels or reverses their transaction, the reward will be voided
• LemFi reserves the right to disqualify any participant engaging in fraudulent activity, including but not limited to:
  • Creating fake accounts
  • Manipulating transactions to claim rewards unfairly

6. Privacy and Consent:

• Personal data collected during the campaign will be used solely for the purposes of administering the campaign and will not be shared with third parties without consent

7. General Terms:

• LemFi reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the campaign at any time without prior notice
• LemFi will not be responsible for technical issues, internet outages, or other circumstances that may prevent participation
• By participating, entrants agree to indemnify LemFi against any claims arising from their participation
• No substitution transfer of the reward is permitted, except by LemFi which reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to substitute a Prize of equal value
