LemFi London Bus Campaign Terms & Conditions

1. Introduction

These terms and conditions govern the LemFi London Bus Campaign (the "Campaign") for new users signing up on LemFi App with the referral code "BUS." By participating in this Campaign, you agree to these terms and conditions.

2. Eligibility

• This Campaign is open only to new LemFi App users who are residents in the UK.
• To qualify for the £5 sign-up bonus, users must register with LemFi App and enter the referral code BUS during the sign-up process.

3. £5 Sign-Up Bonus

• Instant Credit: Upon successful sign-up using the referral code "BUS," eligible users will receive an instant credit of £5 to their LemFi account.
• Activation Requirement: To activate and use the £5 credit, users must fund their LemFi wallet with a minimum of £1.
• Usage Restrictions: The £5 credit is can only be used to remit funds outside of the United Kingdom to eligible countries, including Nigeria and other supported destinations from the UK. The £5 credit cannot be used to send funds anywhere in the UK.

4. Usage of Bonus Credit

• The £5 credit can only be applied to transactions involving remittances or currency exchange to supported countries outside the UK.
• This credit cannot be combined with other promotions, offers, or discounts unless otherwise specified.

5. Limitations and Restrictions

• The Campaign is strictly for new users of LemFi. Existing users or users who have previously registered an account with LemFi are not eligible for this bonus.
• LemFi reserves the right to decline or reverse the £5 bonus if any fraud, abuse, or violation of these terms is suspected.
• The “Bus” promotion is subject to our terms of Service and Privacy Notice.

6. General Terms

• LemFi reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate this Campaign at any time without prior notice.
• All decisions regarding the interpretation of these terms and conditions are at the sole discretion of LemFi and are final and binding.
• Any unused portion of the £5 credit will expire if not used within 90 days from the date of issuance.

7. Liability

LemFi is not responsible for any technical errors, issues with internet connectivity, or other circumstances that may prevent users from successfully participating in the Campaign.
