LemFi USA Influencer Campaign 2026

1. LemFi USA Influencer Programme Period:
The Lemfi USA influencer programme ("the Campaign") begins on May 18th, 2026, and ends on May 23rd, 2026, at 11:59 PM EST.
2. Eligibility:
- Open to all individuals who are eighteen (18) years of age and older, and either are new or existing LemFi users or reside in the fifty (50) states of the United States or Washington D.C.
- Participants must be registered on the LemFi app to be eligible.
- You must receive marketing communication directly from LemFi as part of this Campaign.
- You must make a qualifying transfer(s) to Nigeria during the Campaign Period to qualify to enter.
3. How to Participate:
There are multiple methods of participation.
3.1 For New Users – someone who has never made a transfer with the LemFi app prior to the start of the Campaign ("New User(s)") and used the code WUMI or ADEOLA:
- Complete your first transfer of a minimum of $1000 with LemFi which must be sent to Nigeria during the Campaign Period, to earn cash back of $20 and using the code of the influencer to earn an additional $20, and the code WUMI or ADEOLA.
3.2 For Existing Users – someone who has made at least one transfer to Nigeria using the LemFi app prior to the start of this Campaign ("Existing User(s)"):
- Send $1000 or more in a single transfer to Nigeria to earn $20.
To enter without a LemFi account (the "Alternative Method of Entry" or "AMOE"), mail your entry form with all the necessary information: Simply provide your full name, full address, phone number, email address, D.O.B., how you heard about this campaign, social media username (if applicable) on a sheet of paper to be entered. Mail this form with first-class postage affixed to: LemFi – 2700 Post Oak Blvd. 21st Floor, Houston, TX 77056. No copies, facsimiles, or mechanical reproductions will be accepted. LemFi assumes no responsibility for lost, late, incomplete, stolen, misdirected, illegible, or postage due entries or mail. Mail-in entries must be postmarked during the Campaign period. Any AMOE submissions postmarked during the applicable Campaign period but received after the close of the campaign will be disregarded.
4. Compensation and Payment

5. How are the participants selected:
- All participants who meet the participation criteria in 3.1 or 3.2 will qualify to receive the reward for their respective categories.
- Announcements will be made on Tuesday 26th May, 2026 on the influencers page in collaboration with LemFi Instagram page.
- Announcements made on the LemFi Instagram page will display each participant's LemFi referral code to identify the qualifying participants. Participants' names will not be displayed on the Instagram page.
- Participants will be contacted via email, and they must respond within 2 calendar days or risk disqualification.
- Cash rewards will be delivered within 15 days from the end of the campaign.
- No substitution transfer of the reward is permitted, except by LemFi which reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to substitute a reward of equal value. The reward is non-transferable. Any reward-related expenses, including all federal, state, and/or local taxes, shall be the sole responsibility of the participant.
6. Disqualification Criteria:
Participants may be disqualified for the following reasons:
- If a LemFi user cancels or reverses their transaction, the entry and/or reward will be voided.
- LemFi reserves the right to disqualify any participant engaging in fraudulent activity, including but not limited to:
- Creating fraudulent accounts.
- Manipulating transactions to claim rewards unfairly.
7. Privacy and Consent:
Personal data collected during the Campaign will be used solely for the purposes of administering the Campaign and will not be shared with third parties without consent.
8. General Terms:
LemFi reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the campaign at any time without prior notice. LemFi will not be responsible for technical issues, internet outages, or other circumstances that may prevent participation. By participating, entrants agree to indemnify LemFi against any claims arising from their participation.
