1. Referral Campaign – Ghana; Campaign Period

The LemFi Referral Campaign – Ghana (“Campaign”) begins on January 20th, 2026, and ends on February 28, 2026, at 23:59 GMT.

2. Eligibility

• Open to individuals who are eighteen (18) years of age and older, and either are new or existing LemFi users residing in the fifty (50) states of the United States or Washington D.C.

• Participants must hold a valid and active LemFi account that is not restricted or suspended

• Referred friends must be new LemFi users who have never previously signed up for or transacted using LemFi

• Employees, agents, influencers, and contractors of LemFi are not eligible to participate.

3. Definitions

“Referrer” means an existing LemFi user who shares their unique LemFi referral link or code.

“Referred Friend” means a new LemFi user who has never previously registered for or transacted using LemFi and who signs up using the Referrer’s unique referral link or code.

“Eligible Transaction” means a successful single money transfer of at least USD $100 sent by the Referred Friend from the United States to Ghana (GHS), which is completed, not reversed or cancelled, and not flagged for compliance review.

“Successful Referral” means a referral that meets all requirements set out in Section 4.

4. How to Participate

To participate in the Campaign, a Referrer must share their unique LemFi referral link or code with a Referred Friend.

A referral will be considered a Successful Referral only when the Referred Friend:

1. Signs up for a LemFi account using the Referrer’s unique referral link or code during the Campaign Period; and
2. Completes one (1) Eligible Transaction during the Campaign Period.

For the avoidance of doubt, only the Referred Friend is required to complete an Eligible Transaction. The Referrer is not required to send any remittance or complete any transaction in order to qualify for reward points under this Campaign.

5. Reward Details

For each successful Referral:

• The Referrer will receive twenty dollars ($20) worth of reward points for the first Successful Referral. The Referrer will receive thirty dollars ($30) worth of reward points for every even-numbered referral (2nd, 4th, 6th, etc.). The referrer will receive twenty dollars and ($20) worth of reward points for every odd-numbered one.(3rd, 5th, 7th, etc).

• All reward points earned under this Campaign will be automatically credited to the Referrer’s LemFi account within ten (10) business days after verification or at the end of the Campaign.

6. Validation and Reward Issuance

• All eligible participants who complete a Successful Referral will receive the applicable reward points. There is no random drawing or selection of winners.

• LemFi reserves the right to review and validate all referrals before issuing rewards.

• Reward points will not be issued for transactions that are reversed, cancelled, refunded, or flagged for compliance or fraud review

Rewards are non-transferable and may not be substituted, except at LemFi’s sole discretion for a reward of equal value. Any applicable taxes are the sole responsibility of the participant.

7. Disqualification Criteria

Participants may be disqualified for the following reasons:

• Restricted or suspended LemFi accounts

• Fraudulent, abusive, or duplicate accounts

• Transactions that are reversed, cancelled, or flagged for compliance review

• LemFi employees, contractors, partners, or agents

8. Privacy and Consent

Personal data collected during the Campaign will be used solely for the purposes of administering the Campaign andin accordance with LemFi’s Privacy Notice.

9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, LemFi shall not be liable for any damages arising from participation in thisCampaign, including indirect, incidental, special, punitive or consequential damages, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

10. Other Terms

10.1. LemFi reserves the right to amend or terminate this Campaign at any time, subject to applicable law.

10.2 If a participant breaches the LemFi Customer Terms or any applicable law, or regulation, LemFi may suspend or terminate the account and void any rewards.

11. GOVERNING LAW

This Campaign is governed by the laws of the State of New York without regard to conflict of law principles.
