1. ELIGIBILITY

The Promotion is open only to legal residents of the United States, The United Kingdom & Canada, who are age of majority (18) or older in their country of residence as of the 13th November 2024 and have signed up to the LemFi app before or during the Promotion period whichIs between 13th November to 30th November.

• Participants must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in their jurisdiction, whichever is higher.

Employees, officers and directors of LemFi (“Sponsor”), and their respective parent companies, affiliates, influencers, subsidiaries, advertising, contest, fulfilment and marketing agencies (collectively, “Promotion Parties”), their immediate families (parent, child, sibling and spouse and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) and persons living in the same households as such individuals (whether related or not) are not eligible to participate in this Promotion or win a prize. By participating in this Promotion, you agree to these Official Rules and to the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all respects. Void in any country or jurisdiction not listed above and where prohibited by law, rule or regulation.

2. Referral Process

• To participate in the campaign, the participant must refer at least three (3) new customers ("Referred Customers") to use LemFi.

• Referrals must be new, first-time customers who have never previously signed up with LemFi.

• A referral is considered valid when the referred customer successfully signs up for an account using the participant's unique referral code or link and completes the qualifying transaction amount of $100 or £100 OR CAD250

3. Reward Eligibility

• Once three (3) valid referrals have been made, the participant will receive a reward of $/£/CAD50 (the "Reward").

• The Reward will be credited to the participant’s LemFi wallet within the next month after the third referred customer completes the qualifying action.

• The Reward is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other products unless otherwise specified.

4. Qualifying Actions

• A referred customer is considered valid when they meet the following criteria:
  • Send a minimum £100 or $100 or CAD250
• If the referred customer cancels their account, requests a refund, or otherwise does not fulfill the qualifying action within 2 weeks of registration, the referral will not count towards the participant's reward.

5. Limitations

• There is no limitation to the number of new customers you can refer.

• LemFi reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the campaign at any time, with or without notice.

• LemFi reserves the right to disqualify any participant or referred customer for fraudulent activity, abuse of the campaign, or violation of the terms and conditions.

6. General Terms

• By participating in the campaign, participants agree to these terms and conditions and the decisions of LemFi, which are final and binding.

• LemFi may update these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on www.lemfi.com.

• Participants are responsible for any taxes or fees that may be associated with receiving the Reward.

• Participants acknowledge that entry to this Promotion, including any referrals made and subsequent entitlement to any awards, prizes are subject to LemFi’s sole discretion without liability or recourse against LemFi.

7. Privacy and Data Protection

• By participating in this campaign, participants consent to the collection and use of their personal data in accordance with LemFi’s Privacy Policy.

• LemFi will not share personal data with third parties except as required to fulfill the campaign and provide rewards.

8. Limitation of Liability

• LemFi is not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury arising from participation in this campaign or from the receipt or use of any reward.

• In the event of a dispute, the decision of LemFi is final.
