1. ELIGIBILITY:

The Promotion is only open to New Nigerian Students (“status”) commencing studies in the United Kingdom. To be eligible to enter the Student Kit Prize Draw (the “Promotion”), a new Nigerian student must:

• be present in United Kingdom;
• enter the Student Kit Prize Draw between the 15th September 2024 to 31st October 2024;
• be enrolled to study for a postgraduate or undergraduate academic degree;
• have downloaded and signed up to LemFi App;
• have agreed to our TTerms of Services and Privacy Notice;
• meet any other conditions applicable to the Student Kit Prize Draws, such as the Promotion Participation Rules, including the use of referral code: Student.

By participating in the Promotion you acknowledge and agree to the aforementioned Rules and to the decisions made by LemFi, which are final and binding in all respects.

2. HOW TO ENTER THE PROMOTION:

Promotion Participation Rules:

• To enter, the entrant will create a new LemFi account with the referral code STUDENT, verify their identity in the app and complete the application form within the Promotion Period (September 15th to 31st October 2024).
• There is a limit of one entry per person. Each participant can win a maximum of one (1) prize during the promotion period.
• there is no entry fee to enter the Promotion.
• LemFi reserves the right to reject an entry of an individual participant at its sole discretion;
• where an Entrant/Participant is in breach of these Promotion terms and conditions they may not eligible to participate in the Prize Draw;
• Participation attempts before or after the Promotion dates (“Promotion Period”) shall not entitle a participant to enter the Prize Draw;
• LemFi does not accept responsibility for any entries being unsuccessful due to technical errors, failure to record participant entry into the Prize Draw, or verification of relevant information required to participate in the Prize Draw.
• LemFi will not tolerate any attempts to excessively manipulate the outcome in any of our Promotions. No bulk, automated, machine assisted, third party, syndicate, or other group entries will be accepted, including using multiple emails or LemFi accounts. We will disqualify any entries which in our reasonable opinion appear to have used any of these methods.
• LemFi retains the right to disqualify and refuse entry anyone seeking participation in the Prize Draw at any time.

3. PRIZES

There are one hundred individual prizes available to be won in this Promotion, Prizes will be allocated as follows:

• 100 student kit boxes will be given away throughout the campaign.

4. PRIZE DRAW:

The Prize Draw shall be conducted via electronic random selection process during the Promotion Period where the Prize winners will be selected and identified. The prize draw will take place in the United Kingdom from the second week of the start of the promotion and shall continue until the end of the Promotion Period.

5. PRIZE RESTRICTIONS:

No substitution transfer of any Prize or cash alternative is permitted, except by LemfFi which reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to substitute a Prize of equal or greater value if the Prize, or portion of prize, becomes unavailable. LemFi is not responsible for late, lost, stolen, damaged, delayed, or undelivered Prizes. LemFi does not warrant the quality of the prize.

6. WINNERS NOTIFICATION AND PRIZE SHIPPING:

Winners will be notified via email within 5 business days of the Prize Draw date. Prizes will be delivered within 30 days of the Prize Draw date with no refunds permissible.

The winner’s details will be provided to vendors for shipping and handling processes. In order to redeem the Prize, the winner must agree to any terms and conditions of the third-party agency and vendors, including timeframes for redemption and bookings; otherwise, the Prize will be invalidated.

7. CONDUCT:

By participating in this Promotion, you agree to be bound by these Rules and any third-party conditions required for fulfillment of the Prize. Failure to comply with these Rules may result in disqualification. LemFi reserves the right at their sole discretion to disqualify any individual found to be tampering with the participation process or the operation of the Promotion or to be acting in any manner deemed by LemFi to be in violation of the Rules or to be acting in any manner deemed by the Sponsor acting reasonably, to be unsportsmanlike or disruptive, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person and void all associated Entries and/or registrations.

All prizes will be delivered to the known winners address. If the address is invalid or the delivery fails, no further attempts will be made to resend the prize.
