Terms and Conditions for LemFi’s "Black Friday" Campaign

These terms and conditions apply to all Participants involved in the LemFi Black Friday campaign.

By participating in the LemFi Black Friday campaign, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. LemFi may at any time and at its sole discretion, terminate, cancel, suspend, withdraw or modify the campaign or these terms without prior notice. Please refer to the definitions below for clarification as to the meaning of various words and phrases under LemFi Terms and Conditions.

Definitions: (Key Terms)

Program/Promotion: The "LemFi Black Friday Campaign" is a limited-time incentive where eligible LemFi users can win an iPhone 17 pro, €500 shopping voucher, €200 shopping vouchers after completing a qualifying transfer of €1000 or more on a single transfer to Nigeria during the promotional period.

Prize: Eligible users who send €1000 or more on a single transfer to Nigeria during the campaign period will enter the draw to win an iPhone 17 pro, €500 shopping voucher, €200 shopping vouchers. Winners will be announced and the cashback will be paid at the end of the campaign.

Promotion Period: The campaign begins November 19, 2025, and ends on November 26, 2025.

Participant: Existing LemFi customers based in Europe who meet the eligibility criteria.

Valid LemFi Account: An account that is verified, unrestricted, and not flagged for fraud or abuse. Users must comply with LemFi’s User Agreement.

1. LemFi Black Friday Campaign

You may participate in this Program from 19th November 2025 to 26th November 2025 until the Program is terminated, withdrawn, suspended or modified by LemFi.

2. Eligibility to Participate

Participation in this campaign is strictly limited to selected LemFi customers who meet the following conditions:

• This campaign is open to selected LemFi users aged 18 years and above.
• Participants must reside in Europe, have a fully verified LemFi account and comply with all LemFi’s standard terms of service.
• Be selected by LemFi based on prior usage activity and receive a direct communication regarding this promotion

The following individuals are not eligible to participate:

• Employees, contractors, and affiliates of LemFi.
• LemFi brand ambassadors, influencers, and any individuals running paid promotional campaigns on behalf of LemFi

This campaign is not open to all LemFi customers. Only those who receive official communication are eligible.

3. Prizes/Awards

• Grand Prize: 1 iPhone 17 Pro
• Silver Prize: 1 €500 Shopping Voucher
• Bronze Prize: 3 €200 Shopping Vouchers

4. How to Win the Prize

• Send €1000 or more in a single transfer to Nigeria between November 19 and November 26, 2025.
• Eligible participants who send €1000 or more in a single transfer to Nigeria during the campaign period will enter the draw to win an iPhone 17 pro, €500 shopping voucher, €200 shopping vouchers.
• Every qualifying transfer enters the participant into another prize draw for the rewards.
• Winners will be announced and get their gifts within 7 working days after the campaign ends.
• Winners will be randomly selected from the draw.

5. Restrictions Applicable to Prizes, Awards, Winning

• Only transfers sent during the campaign period and meeting the qualifying amount (€1000 or more in a single transfer to Nigeria) qualifies.
• Winners will be randomly selected from the draw.
• Prize eligibility requires a valid LemFi account and compliance with these terms.

6. Limits on Referrals (if applicable)

This Promotion does not include referral-based rewards or require the use of referral codes. It is based purely on individual user activity.

7. Receiving and Using Rewards

LemFi reserves the right to limit, cancel, delay, or revoke cashback if LemFi determines, in its sole discretion, that a Participant has violated these Terms or the LemFi User Agreement or has acted in a fraudulent or abusive manner, or if LemFi restricts or closes their Valid Account pursuant to the LemFi User Agreement. LemFi may provide an alternate reward of equal value if it is unable for any reason to fulfill the reward. Reward redemptions are final, will not be returned, and are subject to review and verification. LemFi is not responsible and/or liable if any email, reward, referrals, or Program-related materials or correspondence are lost, fraudulent, abusive, stolen, late, incomplete, illegible, interrupted, delayed, altered, defective, misdirected, tampered with, or irregular in any way or if any participant’s e-mail address, Valid Account, or other contact information does not work, is deleted, or is changed without Participant giving prior written notice to LemFi. The Promotion is void where prohibited or if a Participant’s accounts or transactions are fraudulent, abusive, not completed through legitimate channels, in violation of these Terms, or irregular in any other manner. Accrued cashback can only be used against any future international money transfers after such cashback has been earned and granted and approved by LemFi.

8. Limitation of Liability

8.1 TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW IN THE APPLICABLE JURISDICTIONS, IN NO EVENT SHALL LEMFI BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES ARISING FROM PARTICIPATION IN THE CAMPAIGN, INCLUDING SPECIAL, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, PUNITIVE, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. LEMFI’S MAXIMUM LIABILITY SHALL BE LIMITED TO THE VALUE OF THE PARTICIPANT’S CASHBACK REWARD UNDER THIS CAMPAIGN.

9. Other Terms and Conditions

9.1 LemFi reserves the right to amend or terminate the Euro Summer Splash campaign at any time without notice.

9.2 If a participant breaches the User Agreement, violates laws, or engages in fraudulent behavior, LemFi may suspend or terminate the participant’s account or void their rewards.

10. Governing Law

For customers in Europe, this campaign is subject to the European laws, to which both the user and LemFi shall submit in respect of any claims or disputes.
