LemFi Giveaway Fest Campaign

1. Lemfi Giveaway Fest: Win a Car! Campaign Period:

The Lemfi Giveaway Fest: Win a Car! (“the Campaign”) Campaign begins on September 15, 2025, and ends on October 31, 2025, at 11:59 PM EST.

2. Eligibility:

• Open to all individuals who are eighteen (18) years of age and older, and either are new or existing LemFi users or reside in the fifty (50) states of the United States or Washington D.C.
• You must receive marketing communication directly from LemFi as part of this Campaign.
• You must make a qualifying transfer(s) to Nigeria during the Campaign Period to qualify to enter.

3. How to Participate:

There are multiple methods of participation.

For New Users - someone who has never made a transfer with the LemFi app prior to the start of the Campaign (“New User(s)”):

• Complete your first transfer of a minimum of $5 with LemFi which must be sent to Nigeria during the Campaign Period to earn 5 entries.
• After this first transfer, any additional single transfer of $100 or more to Nigeria will earn 1 additional entry.
• Refer a friend to Lemfi and once they complete a successful transaction to Nigeria, you will earn 2 entries.

For Existing Users - someone who has made at least one transfer to Nigeria using the LemFi app prior to the start of this Campaign (“Existing User(s)”):

• Send $100 or more in a single transfer to Nigeria to earn 1 entry.
• Every qualifying transfer counts as a separate entry.
• Refer a friend to Lemfi and once they complete a successful transaction to Nigeria, you will earn 2 entries.

Alternative Method of Entry (AMOE): To enter without a LemFi account, mail your entry form with all necessary information (full name, full address, phone number, email address, D.O.B., how you heard about this campaign, social media username if applicable) to:

• Limit one (1) entry and one (1) winner per outer mailing envelope per weekly campaign.
• Mail-in entries must be postmarked during the Campaign period.
• AMOE participants will receive the equivalent of the maximum number of entries available or an equal chance of winning, regardless of the method of entry.

5. How are the winners selected

• Winners are selected randomly and announced weekly.
• Announcements are made every Tuesday on the LemFi Instagram page for the previous week's winners.
• Announcements made on the LemFi Instagram page will display each winner’s LemFi referral code to identify the winner. Winners’ names will not be displayed on the Instagram page.
• Entries for all prizes except for the car reset each week by Sunday 11:59PM EST—send qualifying transactions again to qualify for that week’s prizes. All entries will count towards the car prize.
• Winners will be contacted via email, and they must respond within 2 calendar days or risk disqualification and reassignment of the prize for the next random winner.
• Winners will be notified via email within 2 calendar days of the prize award date. Prizes will be delivered within 15 days of the draw.
• Winners must reply to the email with confirmation that they are willing to record a video acknowledging receipt of their prize and provide LemFi with consent to use the recorded video for marketing purposes. Failure to do so will result in disqualification.
• If you win a weekly prize, you will not be eligible to win another weekly prize. However, you will still be entered into the grand prize draw for the car, as long as you keep making eligible transfers during the campaign period.
• No substitution transfer of the reward is permitted, except by LemFi which reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to substitute a Prize of equal value. The prize is non-transferable. Any prize-related expenses, including all federal, state, and/or local taxes, shall be the sole responsibility of the winner.
• LemFi is not responsible for lost, delayed, or undelivered prizes once dispatched to the winner. In the event of non-delivery due to incorrect details provided by the winner, the prize will be forfeited and no alternative will be offered.

6. Disqualification Criteria:

Participants may be disqualified for the following reasons:

• If a LemFi user cancels or reverses their transaction, the entry and/reward will be voided.
• LemFi reserves the right to disqualify any participant engaging in fraudulent activity, including but not limited to:
  • Creating fraudulent accounts.
  • Manipulating transactions to claim rewards unfairly.

7. Privacy and Consent:

Personal data collected during the Campaign will be used solely for the purposes of administering the Campaign and will not be shared with third parties without consent.

8. General Terms:

• LemFi reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the campaign at any time without prior notice.
• LemFi will not be responsible for technical issues, internet outages, or other circumstances that may prevent participation.
• By participating, entrants agree to indemnify LemFi against any claims arising from their participation.
